I called into the store in Swansea 4 days ago to enquire and price up kitchen cabinets on a specific model. I was given in a rush a gentlemen in a paint white suit to help whilst the intial staff member sat at his desk with the computer. it was clear the DIY staff was busy. The gentlemen in his paint suit apologised and quickly scribbled some prices and details on apiece of paper and measurements. when i got home i realised all the information was not there and the bit of paper was not clear. This morning at 8.30 wanting prices for the kitchen cabinets, in called in again. the lady at the desk advised me the person would not be in till 9 am i could not wait i work 9-5 anyhow, she took my details telephone number and the description of the good i was interested in . She told me he would call just after 9am . I am still waiting its now 4pm i have also tried to telephone the store twice nobody is answering either. Its not surprised you are loosing business with this lax attitude to business, how unprofessional and rude your company is . Il go elsewhere and be treated better. Amanda
