    Hello, My husband and I have been shopping at Tesco Extra, Prince Ave, Southend for many years and congratulate your staff for the running of the store in these difficult times. We have decided to shop once a week on Wednesday between 9-10am on over 70’s hour, which we did together last week, and very well organised with well stocked shelves, and comfortable to walk round. However we have heard through the grapevine that only one person can shop per household. My question is, is this true or can my husband accompany me as usual as he has for years. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

    I wish to thank you for all your hard work over the last few months. However, I was disappointed this evening to see two health care workers dressed in their uniforms shopping in your store completely unchallenged by multiple members of staff. With Covid 19 in mind this is a massive infection/cross contamination risk. These customers should have been stopped at the door and asked to either cover their uniforms with a jacket or get changed before entering your store. Kind Regards Fiona
