    Have banked with Barclays since my teens but now 73 and local Barclays at Thetford showing no signs of opening, l appreciate the current situation but other Banks in Thetford are open so unfortunately if Thetford Branch does not open soon we will be forced to change to a local bank that opens. Even the cash machine last week had an error and could not be used. With no transport it is difficult for elderly and those who are not technically capable

    Have to say I’m a bit fed up that the Thetford branch of Barclays isn’t open yet. With no idea when it will be. Phoning customer services is a joke!!’I have cash to pay in and urgently need to get some information about power of attorney for my 90 year old mothers account. She isn’t very mobile so getting her into town is hard work. So having to take her to another town is out if the question!! We have both had accounts with you for many years. Maybe have to think about a change.

    When is this bank going to open please. It is ridiculous that we have to go to mildenhall because our one in Brandon has closed and now it looks as if thetford one has too
