Went to weymouth post office with all vehical documents to change tax over from ordinary to disabled. Was told by 3 people that it couldnt be done there and i had to deal with the dvla myself. I went home phoned dvla who told me it was a post office matter.. got it done at another branch no problem. Wasted my time, petrol and parking fee because of people that obviously dont know what they should be doing! Clerk at the other post office said i wasnt the first to complain about service at weymouth branch.
