Why oh why have you discarded the smaller shopping trollies at your Crowborough Branch?? The larger ones are too large for these small stores/similarly at Tonbridge. For elderly customers the large trolleys are so deep and are difficult to bring out the goods for payment/of course as an alternative there are baskets but these are either not large enough or far too heavy for us elderly people. We have used the Crowborough store from day one and were disappointed to find yesterday that the smaller trolleys were no longer available - it may deter many customers from shopping there and besides, these trolleys were only installed a short while ago.
