    when are tesco going to improve the service in the cafe? I recently had a snack which included a portion of chips and after an extended wait for the chips they arrived half cooked and so cold they were inedible. I took them back and complained but only got a shrug from the employee. needless to say I will not be eating there again unless there is a massive improvement.

    The cafe is in dire need of retraining it’s rude staff. So slow so by the time you’ve paid everything is cold. I’ve tried to be patient and go with it thinking it’s just a one off but it’s every time. I’ll not be going again
