A very disappointing trip for click and collect from Ely Branch. I had to collect a trolley and wait in store near entrance with people coming and going while someone took 10 mins to get shopping that I then had to put into trolley. Tesco offer a good service away from main shop and Morrisons are amazing. They send an email and you respond by pressing a “we are here button” and someone comes to the car with goods in a trolley. Brilliant service. -

That sounds awful. You think they may have found a better way, especially with Covid.
