I was in the Waitrose café today with an elderly friend when he had a funny turn and felt quite faint and was unresponsive and weak. The first aiders there were so very good and caring, especially Karen who as well as calling the paramedics also drove my friends car back to his house along with his shopping and even unpacked and installed a new microwave for him !!. Cant thank her enough, she was great. -

Dear Sir or Madame,just wanted to mention the reopening of your cafe/restaurant in your Newark store.we travel 19 miles every Saturday to your store and have always enjoyed meeting up there with many of your loyal customers.This cafe is sadly missed please advise if and when it may open again .thank you.
