Last Friday afternoon (22nd March) I needed to get a prescription filled at your pharmacy. At age 88 I have difficulties walking, seeing and hearing. Your pharmacist, a lady from Slovakia, was most kind and helpful. She also arranged for a member of staff to walk me through the store to the customer service section. Again a friendly welcome, a chair put at my disposal. The pleasant lady there telephoned for a taxi. There was a longish wait (typical Friday afternoon) and I could stay there until the lady walked me to the bench outside where the taxi would stop. It was a heart-warming experience for me, and I felt cared-for. I also enjoyed the general atmosphere of the store whilst waiting. It was cheerful, quiet and relaxed, although there were quite a few customers. No piped music, announcements brief and to the point. Thank you for creating such a setting.
