What a calamity!! I counted 22 people in front of me at14:30 today, 4th December and took me 44 minutes to get to the desk! This is not the first time. Message to Royal Mail Counter Directors “Employ more staff”. Since you closed Chipping Sodbury branch it’s been a nightmare! Not good enough! This will probably fall on deaf ears!!
