    Awful customer service by a oldish grey haired lady named Caroline. Went in to get a bit of shopping loaded my shopping into the till where she starts to scan it, I ask for a bag and she just throws it on top of my shopping with no reaction and carry’s on scanning my shopping at 100 miles per hour! giving me no time to even start packing it, no help, then stands there staring at me waiting for me to pay while I’m still struggling to put my shopping into the bag. No ask if I have a co op card, no please, no thank you, no smile, very unhelpful and very unfriendly! Very disapointed, not a nice experience and it has put me off using this co op again.

    Love this coop the staff are lovely especially Emma the manager and Tracey who has worked there for a long time she has good product knowledge and is always really helpful. Nicky is great and always has a smile for everyone
