    Came in for booked appointment for ear wax removal today at 1pm following only partial success previous week .After being sat down the worker told me I had no such appointment and had not been there last week! I was bemused by this buy she argued for ten minutes that I had no been there. Eventually I asked to see the manager at which she pulled down her mask and said she herself was the hearing manager. then she looked at a file on her desk and said there was a double entry - whatever that was. she made no apology but completed the wax removal. Not professional behaviour.
