    Having been a M&S customer for many many years and been happy, I visited The Willows and amongst other items purchased some beer battered cod which was very undesirable. I had an approx 75ml spine, backbone within one piece. Horribly, totally unacceptable. I have thrown the said piece away, it makes me feel sick to think of it.
