    At the beginning of the pandemic a young chap at your store helped us with our shopping. Therefore we have continued to shop at your store. However on two recent shopping trips, my experience of the store has not been so pleasant. Yesterday evening, two shoppers standing at the till in loud conversation and not wearing masks. The young lady at the till apologised to me. She was on her own, and was put in a difficult situation, she offered to help me and could not have been kinder. However I will not be shopping with you again as I did not feel comfortable.

    I wish to express my gratitude to the young chap who helped us with our shopping at the beginning of the pandemic. However I called in to the store yesterday evening and was upset to see two shoppers without masks standing at the till area in full blown loud conversation. The young lady apologised to me, as I expressed my concerns. Whilst I realise you cannot be held responsible for every shopper, I can let you know that you have now lost my business.
