As a regular user of Wikes in Stamfordham Rd Newcastle I called today 31st March to buy 10 trays of plants - there were no baskets and no trolleys only the large trolleys foe cement - I asked where I could find a basket or trolley - we don’t have any was the reply - I asked how do I carry small items -“you have to use bucket “ - fantastic customer relations !
