Repeatedly did not reply to e-mails. I had to cancel the order and was promised it was easy to cancel but this was not true I had to e-mail, phone and contact them repeatedly before they cancelled the order. Terrible service. -

Ordered yesterday at 4pm. heard nothing until 7am this morning, telling me there is a delay, called around to the store, there was a collection of bored people waiting, no one to ask when my order will be ready. Could learn a lot from Screw fix. Not very impressed.
