I waited 14 minutes at the tills, arrived 1220 there was only 1 till open, the one at the desk, a lady was being served , and on the next till there was a lady member of staff with a man standing on the wrong side of the till, being served, then she went away, then a second male staff member came to the second till, and took people from the back of the queue and apologized to them for kept waiting, and used the christname, i still left waiting no attempt was made to get me thougth, , after 14 minutes I gave up at 1234,
