I am sorry to have to write this , I have been a loyal customer at your store for a number of years ,today my partner accompanied me whilst shopping ,he is deaf, having to wear a mask makes it harder for him to lip read, at the check it was unpleasant.the assistant who served us was very rude to my partner and myself when we were trying to pack our bags telling him were to stand ,as I was trying to explain to him were to stand, she started shouting and pointing at us to stand there and pack our packs .I totally understand the procedure of the store and follow the rules . she mentioned as she was a" key worker" she had worked all through lockdown as was fed up of customers not following the guidelines , is I mentioned that I also was a key worker and had worked through lockdown too, He will not be visiting the store again .
