Took my mum shopping yesterday like I do every Tuesday at Morrisons. The shop was frozen. Is your heating turned off. Mentioned to one of the staff at till. She agreed very cold and worse for her as she has to work in such a cold environment. My mum is 84 years old and was so cold it spoilt her shopping day. A warm cup of tea in another store helped her feel better. But just wonderd is this the new norm as think we will give Morrisons a miss in future and perhaps shop elsewhere.
