Fantastic. A member of staff noticed my grandson was upset I explained it was because I had put a bunch of bananas in my basket (his favorite fruit) but he couldn’t have one until I had paid for them she said we can’t have that and gave him a banana happy shopping after that (hope I don’t get her into trouble) big up to Morrison’s staff

In all of my adult years, now 58 I have NEVER felt the need to complain about the service at any food store, any wee negative engagement has been dismissed as an isolated incident - afterall we all occasionally have a bad day. I recently praised Maz who works the checkout for going far beyond her role,a true professional who is a credit to the Berwick Hills store. However, on innumerable occasions I have witnessed first/third hand-appalling behaviour from those staff marking down produce for quick sale ‘whoopsies’. Staff have openly mocked amongst themselves those congregating in sale areas, they have been rude, insensitive & disrespectful - it seems you have little /no value if your in need of a bargain. In fairness, some customers can be overly keen, greedy & selfish too but staff should take the higher ground and ALWAYS remain professional. Earlier this week I witnessed one staff member disparaging a customers known enthusiasm in a very negative way, he was only 2 feet away & heard everything-felt awkward myself at his evident upset. One ‘drama queen’ was screaming at her colleagues about her annoyance of the gathered crowd, angrily shouted at us that ‘we’ all should be 2 meters apart (rather rich when she was behind the counter, unmasked with 5 other staff,shoulder-shoulder

Disappointed with lack of covid law knowledge. My elderly mother forced to sit alone to eat a meal as we are not part of the same household - I am her paid and unpaid carer, a blatant disregard for legislation. This caused her great anxiety due to her disability - discrimination.
