Got to send a massive thank you to all your staff at the Byker store on behalf of my wife who works within the NHS. It was so well handled the security guard who told us what door to go thru to the helpful staff filling the selves to the checkouts to even the big lad behind the cigarette counter who was opening doors. Ice to see the NHS staff looked after because my wife hasn’t had a rise for 9 years n hasn’t missed many shifts in her 28 years. So to be so well looked after was lovely. We went up to Asda to do the same not because we were being greedy but just to get a couple of things we couldn’t get at Byker store. Here there was a long line of people trying to push in the queue. Not the same quality of service. I work on the trains working with the public serving teas n coffees off a trolly so you get to know how to handle them. So anyone pushing in got told immediately n told to join the queue. So thank you so much for everything. Great idea which worked so well.
