All I wanted was to find out if the cash changing machine was still in operation. I telephoned and was automatically informed of everything but what I wanted to know and then the line went dead. I would have thought it would have been sensible for some one to answer some simple phone enquiries. Now I have to drive 12 miles to find the answer.
