I arrived at your Morrison’s store in Tiverton at 7.15 am and was told that I would have to queue outside in the cold and wait until 8am to enter. I am an OAP and have been a loyal customer every week since your store opened here. I had to go to Tesco and from now on I shall no longer use your store. -

I ordered groceries online about 2 wks ago for delivery Sunday 29th. They did not arrive and there is no way of finding out why this occurred. As a vulnerable person I find this appalling.
