Hello Morrisons Team, Bilston, Just wanted to personally thank each and every one of your team members for allowing us key NHS workers to shop in our protected times. In addition, thank you for a warm welcome on the morning of Thursday 9th April. I was totally taken back with the carpet of claps (very embarrassing but grateful). I work as a Primary Care Commissioner for NHS England so currently we are directly impacted and working on COVID-19 and with this comes long hours, so having the protected time to shop is a huge pressure taken off our shoulders….. and thank you for the Easter egg….

visit morrisons every Friday to collect essential supplies as my wife is a vulnerable adult. Understandably with new procedures there are teething problems but today my local store ( Bilston) has introduced a new method of trolley queueing down one aisle. Although I believe this to be an excellent idea it is flawed by having two separate queues in one aisle. As I pointed out to a member of staff today having two queues means each queue is less than 2 metres apart. During covid 19 this is unsatisfactory and a risk to vulnerable adults removing the 2 metre distance in a confined space. Two queues would be possible if all the shelving down that aisle was removed, hence increasing the width of the aisle.
