    I have just visited Redditch Tesco Extra, and I want to praise all the staff there this morning. I went for the "Elderly Hour" and when we went into the store we were offered pasta, tea bags, toilet rolls which the store had held for us "oldies". Great Gesture. Then I was asked if I would like a bunch of flowers or a plant - I chose a beautiful orchid. What a wonderful way to start a Monday. Thank you to the General Manager and all the staff for putting a smile on so many faces this morning. It made a huge difference to many "elderly" of which I am one. Well Done Tesco

    I was ignored today on the fish counter by two staff members (men) chit chatting. Someone should have a word. I thought Tesco wanted to sell their products.

    Did my Christmas shopping here today (Redditch) and the staff were wonderful. Top marks for such a great selection of food, drink, clothes and gifts with helpful and friendly staff
