    I posted a recorded delivery letter at Ashton-u-Lyne post office at 10-55am yesterday 8/10/2018 and by 4pm on the 9/10/2018 my letter had still not left the Ashton-u-Lyne post office. Considering it was only travelling around 5 miles, I thought it would be there by the next day. But to be still in the same post office to me is very poor service.

    Visited Friday to use passport check and send service,there was a queue of about 10 people with only one attendant on,I waited to then be told there is no one here to do it and someone will be here Monday 9 till 3.It is not the first occasion where there seems to be no staff.I then travelled to Hyde where there was 4 staff or more and had passport done straight away by a lovely polite lady.Not good service at all at Ashton.
