    This post office needs new management stepping in on it I believe the current manager definitely has issues with certain customers in the community And the gang up on certain customers is terrible done by a Roberts and himself seen with my own eyes He bans people from this post office after he does a different number on the receipts to where they are going and on Top of this it appeared that someone bought something off eBay I was selling and they were from Post code cf as well for Cardiff for the same number he did wrong If I was you I would take my custom elsewhere to another town because your packages may go astray if the manager serves you I actually think he is clearly jealous of certain people in Barry or has issues that are definitely lower in professionalism beyond my control He also talks behind people’s backs and this was about myself clearly very unprofessional as a manager He also said to myself some very personal questions about ebay that has nothing to do with him he is supposed to just stick to his job and not in any way get personal over private issues with customers I am glad to see the back of this place for what a person endures having never had this kind of treatment at any post office outside of the town called Barry It deserves a 1 star review and nothing more !!!
