    Not very helpful. No information given about possible alternatives such as Parcelforce, dealt with in a manner that was slightly patronising and left with the impression that instead of providing a service, they were doing me a favour. Thanks, but from now on, no thanks.

    This post office is utterly useless. It’s never open (closed on a Friday and tomorrow?!) . You absolutely cannot rely upon it. They even told me last time when I did manage to catch them open that they were not accepting parcels!!!!!
