    I will never use costcutter or the post office again in my lifetime after the disgusting way that i was treated last saturday by a member of their staff. I never expected to be treated like something that came in beneath a shoe. The fact that i was and the fact that the post office and costcutter combined make it so difficult to complain then i will shop elsewhere and i will use a courier service in future. I am glad that they can afford to loose the business due to rude and incompetent staff. Thank you.

    I see the last review was two years ago, and nothing has changed. One member of the post office staff in particular, is offhand to the point of being surly. I think a visit by a secret shopper would be a good idea. She makes me feel quite depressed!

    I have been to this shop twice during the lockdown to use the post office facility at the front of the shop as I get there as early as possible. The same lady who has served me has a great personality and serves very professionally and pleasantly.
