I’ve been trying for the last two days to contact the Alloa branch of Santander, to let them know I need to cancel my appointment at their office tomorrow at 2.30 pm. (21st December 2018). I have been unable to get through on the ‘phone. Can you please pass this message on to the Alloa office and give my apologies ... I will call in a few days to rearrange a more suitable time ? Your contact service is extremely poor and very frustrating ... and I strongly recommend you review this and change urgently to meet customers reqypuirements more appropriately. Many thanks.
