I was disgusted with how the manager spoke to on the 10th may she was late opening up and when I asked what time it was opening time she said 8. 00 so I went to walk in and she said wait out side till 8.10 cause got to do the tills so why say 8 when you ment 8.10 then she started shouted abuse at me telling me I’m barred I am disgusted with her behaviour she shouldn’t be doing this job she is not a people person and I won’t ever be using this branch again .the branch was at bedminster east st Bristol .
