    Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful towards there customers. After making my grandmother wait for the young man who was (not) serving to finish on his phone then serve someone who came in after her, then to go back on his phone. She asked him to come over as the young man came over he said "you think your so entitled, you British" my grandmother is not British. She asked if there was someone who worked at the postoffice counter, he said "NO we are trying to get rid of the Riff Raff" she told him to mind his manners and left! She was shaken up by this hole experience and will never go back whiles they still own it!
