Took my parcel to be posted. When organising and paying for postage online, i was told by royal mail to have my card stamped to validate my protection policy. She printed off my proof of postage and when i asked can she stamp this please. She pushed it back and said we dont stamp these. When i tried to explain i was asked my royal and i need to send it to vintage. I got a blank face and a i dont care attitude. As i left the shop clearly upset and frustrated, she shouted have a nice day, laughing with her colleagues, like upsetting me she found amusing
