Outrageously rude individual behind the counter. Absolutely no interest in customer service or related skills. Will not use this post office again whilst that individual works there. Wish I had walked out now seemed malicious and lost confidence in successful postal delivery from there. Will do formal complaint if item does not arrive as I know where the issue will have stemmed from!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
