    Do you have no one to answer your phone? Hanging on for 5 mins before someone picks up the handset and puts it down and then another 8 minutes with no reply. I need to make an apt to register a power of attorney but will be moving my account!

    As with the previous reviewer I am trying to contact yo by telephone. Having waited for a response the phone provider has just closed the call down as you have not replied. This is not acceptable, would you please arrange for the telephone number you advertise to be answered.
