The staff (one lady in particular) is extremely rude and unhelpful in the service she provides. I felt extremely embarrassed in the queue, by being called on in front of many people. I came here before to drop off a parcel and her given service did not fulfill me with confidence and her approach to me was very unnecessary. This uncomfortable experience has made me dread coming here. Extremely rude lady. -
