    Terrible not possible to contact b by phone to fix an appointment for biometric enrollment

    Really frustrating you can’t contact this post office directly to check/confirm they renew driving licence (living quite a drive away so don’t want to find out when getting there) and when going through the phone options it couldn’t understand my post code to get to next step so referred to website with no more phone options. Poor service really frustrating.
