Once again five counters available, two open of which one is dedicated to passports and driving licences, the other currency exchange. Once the passport counter is being used, and this takes ages this leaves only one available counter. The currency desk forms another queue and anybody wishing currency exchanges goes to the front of the queue leaving huge queues for the most minimal service. Once you do get served you have to fight off the sales pitch of insurance, mobile phone contracts, credit cards, extra stamps, internet service and anything else that is their hot seller of the day. I HATE using this Post Office and only use it as they have the monopoly on the service. ABYSMAL SERVICE and only give one star as there is nothing less I can give.

The service here Is abysmal. Long queues, not enough staff. I agree with Geoffs comments above Will they do anything about it..... probably not
