    I am an 80yr old returning disability equipment in large boxes.Two male friends kindly offered to take these to Stratford road post office.They received a very rude and aggressive reception and no offer of assistance on where to take these parcels as they were not accepting them.On the way out the manager and the clerk on duty laughed aloud at their struggles.Your customers service is truly appalling.
