Shambolic visit today. Called in this morning to ask if I could confirm an account for my child, I was told yes to bring him in and they would sort it. Arrived this afternoon with all the paperwork and my son and told there was a wait, which was fine, went off and had a brew, got a text approximately 20 mins later to say they were ready. Sat down with the lady and was told I’m sorry I’m not qualified to authorise an account. The gentleman that does it is booked up today!! Can I book you another appointment?? Erm no thanks I’ll bank somewhere else !!! -

can you please let me know when you will be open as it says you are open till 16.30 it is 16.00 and it says you are closed
