I contacted you on the 15th of this month concerning the Great Yarmouth store staff not complying with wearing face masks . You replied stateing it would be passed on to relevant person to deal with . My brother attended Great Yarmouth store today and he informed me not a single member of staff was wearing a face covering . Surely in this present time they should be made aware that it is mandatory for staff to wear face coverings as you stated in your email to me . -

Staff seem to think it’s ok to allow someone to put a medium size dog in the stores trolly and proceed to do their shopping , not exactly hygienic !
