19/5/21 I have been a regular customer of the Chelmsford store and weekly shop here for my family and also take my elderly mum .today I was served by a man who rushed my shopping no contact except to ask for my morissons card while I was frantically trying to pack my shopping i told him that if I wanted Aldi service I would shop there also it was Friday evening and only two tills were open both with queues snaking down the aisles when I asked the supervisor ,a young lad he said the new shift hadn’t started .surely there were trained staff on the shop floor . This is not the first time this has happened I feel it is at the moment poorly managed and not a pleasant customer experience
