I visited your store on Saturday. I will never shop there again. The queing system was ridiculous, we arrived at a chackout with noone being served only to be sent to que. We were then directed back to the first till we`d stopped at by a woman who was not wearing a mask , When challenged she claimed she was exempt, but I saw her hurridly putting a mask on within minutes of our conversation.This systen is not logical in the least, yours is the only shop I have experienced this lunacy ! We went to Tescos , on the same shopping park & we were treated like adults & allowed to find & que at a till of our choice without a jobsworth making matters worse. The only thing Morrison`s Holyhead has achieved has been alienating my husband & myself by theoverbearing attitude adopted in the shop. We will take our custom elsewhere
