Your store manager acted in a very professional way but also she was very kind, hepful and considerate during my visit to the store on Saturdaythe 19th April. I was upset to find that my purse had been stolen. She immediately gave me coffee and then immediately rang banks to enable me to cancel cards. I have been recently widowed and was feeling very emotional.I was cared for and comforted and the practical support to know that the thief could not take money from my account was both calming and reassuring . I cannot tell you how much better I felt on leaving the store. I came home and sang your praises .

Morrison’s have shown exemplary behaviour during the covid lockdown and I wish to repay that service. Most of my mornings are spent walking with my dog alongside your car park next to the old railway embankment. The laurel ‘hedge’ and the path is festooned with a lot of litter which I guess has blown in from your site. As a payback for the service you have provided to vulnerable people I wish to volunteer to clear this up. As I am not an employee I expect there are issues but I will gladly sign a waiver to absolve your firm of any responsibility. I have spoken to Debbie Creaser regarding this matter, but as yet have received no reply.
