I went to this store this morning. I was disgusted to find thick ice outside the freezers door that are on the wall. I reported these a few weeks ago and was told they would be sorted out??? They obviously do not care. I have emailed the CEO of Morrisons. Maybe he can get it sorted out. Whoever fills the freezers up does not seem to care either. The store has just been moved around recently but the freezers have been there for years. Something need to be done about it. I used to go there a lot. Now I go past and use Asda.
