High I was shopping at your store in Outland Road today as normal and you allowed a man to sing inside the store raising funds for Cancer Reserce it was the best experience ive had in a long time while shoping all the other shoppers seemed to enjoy it as well , he had a good voice and sang slow balards well done to your store for allowing it better than hearing about Brexit Yours Sincerely Des -

Went to the cafe ignored stood waiting for order to be taken, ignored asked if any one was surviving told in a minute still stood waiting after another bag off coffee was brought out. Asked again if any service told will be there shortly. The other lady putting food out would not make eye contact or acknowledged me. Left with ordering. -

Social distancing does not seem to be happening in the store only at checkouts. Feel sorry for staff who have no masks and are not being given any space by shoppers. Also no system for moving around the shop.
