    Sir/Madam, I have been a faithful customer in the above shop for years. I was shocked this morning when a client was purchasing items without a mask. She told me she had forgotten it. It is time that the security guard at the door stops anyone entering without a mask. Some of your employees do not wear a mask all the time near the automatic check out. They put it on to speak to a customer. Others do not wear it on their nose. We are entering a critical phase of the epidemic so everyone must cooperate and do their best. I see that Waitrose are providing their staff with visors of a high quality. May be you could investigate this possibility? This is a constructive criticism for which I hope you will act upon.
