Appointment with David Scotton 3pm 19th August I was reminded at least twice the time and date you text. However having driven to Spalding for this appointment I was told “ He knows you are here” . We sat and waited and twice more was told that he was busy with no apology. I am willing to wait for 5 minutes maybe 10 minutes but not 20 minutes when it was the bank which made the appointment. I am a full time carer for my husband who was with me. He has Parkinson’s, osteoporosis and vascular dementia. He was becoming quite agitated the longer we were kept waiting. It was going to be difficult enough for him to sit through the appointment but I have no choice as 24/7 care is needed by me. I am very disappointed in the customer service , no apology and we were obviously not that important to you or your staff. I wonder how you would have felt if we had turned up 20 minutes late with no good reason given and no apology? Very poor service.
