    As the premises themselves are small, there is standing room only for many in a narrow corridor at larger ceremonies. The commemoration itself is barely audible from there, and the least they could do is relay the service via microphone through speakers placed so that all can hear. Current arrangement is very inadequate, this is the least they should do.
