Prescription at BRI on Wednessday 30th Jan. Told to collect from Kingswood branch on Friday 1st Feb. Called Sat 2nd and told no prescription available. Rang BRI and told it was definitely at Boots Kingswood. It was urgent. When can it be COLLECTED?
